Michelle Lyons, founder of Brightspot Communications, has 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in corporate communications, in-house and agency and understands the importance of internal communication in today’s world. She has worked across a variety of industries including FMCG, Retail, Insurtech, Communications Services and Financial Services, leading communications on large scale digital and organisational transformations and employee engagement campaigns activated across 190 markets.
Michelle established Brightspot Communications Limited in 2020 and has since worked with companies such as Unilever, Nomad Foods, Simply Business and Many Pets.
